Our Next Chapter

Introducing NeighborgoodPlace

Bringing care back into the neighborhood. Help us establish our first small, private care home for 6–8 residents on the North Shore in 2026.

An Intimate Alternative to Private Living

For ten years, NeighborGood Care has provided exceptional home health care. Yet, we frequently meet families facing the same painful dilemma: when 24/7 care at home is no longer feasible, the only options left feel cold, massive, and institutional.

We believe there is a better way. NeighborgoodPlace is our response: a warm, family-style private residence housing just 6 to 8 seniors. Here, professional medical support and personal care are seamlessly integrated into a true neighborhood home.

Why the Small Home Model Succeeds

A personalized approach that redefines senior living

High Caregiver-to-Resident Ratio

With only 6–8 residents, caregivers aren't rushed. They have the time to sit, talk, listen, and provide attentive, high-touch support customized to each individual's pacing.

A Warm, Familiar Setting

Residents live in a standard residential neighborhood, enjoying private bedrooms, a sunlit living room, outdoor gardens, and a shared dining room. It looks, smells, and feels like home.

Community & Connection

Instead of isolation, residents form deep connections. Gathering for home-cooked meals around a single kitchen table brings back a crucial sense of shared family life and joy.

Staying in the Neighborhood

Seniors stay connected to the Marblehead and North Shore community they love, making it easy for friends, family, and neighbors to pop in for visits anytime.
